Image Licensing: Individual Clients

For graduation, family, wedding, and celebration photography, Impact Photo grants clients a personal use license for the images delivered.

This license allows you to:

Download and share images with family and friends
Print images for personal use
Use images on personal websites and social media

This license does not allow:

Commercial or business use
Advertising or promotional use
Sale, transfer, or third-party use without written permission

Impact Photo retains the copyright to all images. Additional usage rights may be purchased if images are later needed for business or commercial purposes.

For commercial photography and video projects, Impact Photo provides a usage license based on the scope and purpose of the project.

Commercial licenses are tailored to:

Intended use (website, social media, print, advertising, internal communications)
